6/20 Drizzle Ride Report

Four braved the elements today on the Bagel Cruise.  Brad Scott, myself, and Michael from Bulldog engines (check out his website www.bdogeng.com ) took off from for the ride.  We were joined by Geoff Scott who caught up to us at Maiden Cliff.   We  started with some steady drizzle but all warmed up after the first hill on RT 52.  We rode at a leisurely pace but we all figured that we wouldn't have ridden in the rain if the ride were not taking place.  Good paceline out on Green Acre, Brad took a great pull to start off the Belmont Corner Sprint.

July 25th is the Maine Lobster Ride and Roll Century.  It starts in Rockland and covers most of the rides we ride on.  I'm doing it to get ready for the Great Glen 12 hour.  It might be fun to get a group out to ride.  All info is at http://bikemaine.org/calendar.htm

If someone is interested in leading another ride consistently during the week some time, let me know,  I'll put it on the blog.
