Yesterday we had nine riders show up for the first Bagel ride of the season. We had several new riders. Several of last years "regulars" could not make it. So it looks promising for growing the ride participation this year. The pace stayed manageable for good reason. With this being the first ride everyone was pretty cooked at the end of the ride. Casey Leonard suggested a Tuesday/ Thursday element be added to the schedule this year. It might be nice to have a mountain bike ride on Tuesdays. I'm a strong advocate for a consistent schedule. A tentative schedule could be:
Saturdays: Bagel Ride
Tuesdays: Snow Bowl 5:30pm-6:45pm
Thursdays: Road ride 5:30am-6:30am?? Mill St. loop..???

love the opportunity to get more people riding in the community, the only thing I might say is that I know that you have a very strong no drop policy but I wonder about labeling one of the ride easy or beginner. Just a thought.
